At Wirenet, we understand that you are looking forward to receive your order as soon as possible. To make this happen, we’re happy to offer FREE shipping worldwide with ePacket Express! Please remember that it may take us 1 to 5 business days to fulfill your order before we will be able to dispatch it. But be sure that we do everything we can to deliver your order at your doorstep as early as possible.

Once we dispatch your order, it may take us between 10 to 21 business days to make the delivery, though this will mainly depend on your locality as well as if there is any holiday in between the delivery period.

Here at Wirenet, we’ve partnered with both small and large vendors to facilitate timely delivery; i.e., some products are directly shipped via our overseas vendors. Since delays are something inevitable in the shipping industry, consider our given shipping times as guidelines only and there is no guarantee on any specific delivery date.

For Back-Ordered or Pre-Ordered Items

In case your order includes a pre-or back-ordered product, we’ll ship any products available to us immediately while the pre-or back-ordered product will be shipped when we’ll have it available. This means you’ve nothing to worry about if you had ordered several items on a single order but you have received just a part of your product. Be sure the rest is on the way!

 

Wrong Shipping Address Disclaimer

Returns

When you place an order at Wirenet, you’re responsible for bearing the return shipping cost back to Wirenet. Please visit the Returns & exchanges page to know more about the return process.

Stolen/Lost Package

Wirenet cannot be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If you notice your tracking info is stating that your parcel was delivered to the specified address but you’ve not received it, report to the respective shipping carrier immediately.
